The first years of preparatory school will influence how your child feels about education for life.

As a result, we strive to create a happy, safe, and fun environment for 3 to 5-year-old students. Our approach supports the natural curiosity of children and stimulates their creativity.

We also take a personalized approach to education. By keeping classrooms small (approximately 25 students), your child is provided with the benefits of one-on-one education and support. This is just one of the many reasons why a private school gives your child a head start on the future.

Additionally, in order to create the best learning opportunities and experiences, we offer regular class tips that support the unique teaching techniques that are a vital part of our curriculum.

From day 1, Albayan Schools aims to give your child’s education increased significance by focusing on more than just head knowledge. We also emphasize cultural, social, humanitarian, and spiritual development, to produce well-balanced graduates. Everything about our school, from the personal attention to the spirit of cooperation among the faculty, helps to cultivate an atmosphere of mutual love and respect where young minds can thrive. Our pedagogical style is designed to prepare students for everything from going to a university to enjoying a flourishing social life.

The kindergarten stages are divided into three levels and are run by the head of the department who is responsible for all academic and administrative affairs related to the Kindergarten stage. The academic work is assisted by several departments (Coordinators body - Active Education Network – Orientation and Guidance Office – Training and Development Office – Administrative Support Unit).

Cooperation Between Parents and the Administration
  • We request that parents do not move about in the corridors during the school day as this can have a negative effect on students. We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to the success of your child’s private education.

  • Feel free to schedule a meeting with the head of the department. We only ask that you arrive for the specified meeting time, which will be outside of normal school hours.

  • Please keep from scheduling medical appointments for your child during school hours. The head of the department can make arrangements with you in case of emergency.

  • If you have a complaint, please file it directly with the department head rather than speaking to a nursery assistant who will not be able to provide you with appropriate solutions.

  • Students in all three kindergarten stages attend school from 7:30 am till 1:30 pm.

  • If your student is absent, please call by 8:00 am to explain why. Three or more consecutive missed days require a medical report. If the student has a contagious disease, doctor approval is required before the child returns to class.

  • Late arrivals require a parent to get approval from the head of the department before the child enters class.

School Hours
  • We cannot overemphasize the importance of students maintaining a friendly manner when dealing with the staff and administration.

  • Our students come from decent families, and foul language or general bad behavior will not be tolerated. This is to maintain a proper learning atmosphere for all students.

  • If a child is experiencing behavior or scholastic issues, please attend the meeting. If the administration cannot contact you, we will take the appropriate disciplinary measures.

General Behavior
  • Good grooming, personal hygiene, and a well-cared-for uniform are musts.

  • Students cannot wear jewelry or carry money.

  • Please provide a change of winter and summer clothes in a bag with your child’s name on it.

  • Encourage your child to use soundness of mind when dressing from an early age by avoiding tight outfits.

  • Sneakers are only permitted on days with sports classes.

  • Keep your child’s nails clipped and maintain a modest hairstyle (avoiding using hair gel).

  • Students cannot bring games or umbrellas to school.

Hygiene and Uniforms
  • Students are permitted to bring 2 sandwiches, a bottle of water, and one juice only.

  • No candy, chocolate, gum, or potato chips. We want to keep our students healthy and teach good eating habits from an early age.

Relationship with the Pedagogical Board
  • Do not contact school staff without getting approval from the head of the department (who will attend any meetings with staff).

  • You may be invited to discuss your child’s academic status with the administration, head of the department, coordination office, or support office.

  • Do not underestimate the importance of meetings with school officials. Serious, honest answers to questions that may be asked at these meetings are expected and appreciated.

Public Interest

For the safety of our students, we make the following requests of all parents:

  • Do not send your children to school if they are sick.

  • Do not send someone other than a child’s parents to pick him or her up from the school.

  • Provide a list of 3 individuals who are entitled to accompany your child at the end of the day and at their own risk.

  • Contact the administration before noon if no one will be available to pick up your child. This will give us time to implement the proper procedures.

Behavior and Performance Assessment
  • In order to provide the best private education for your child, we rely on a continuous evaluation system which includes providing a scorecard to parents every three months. This allows you to observe your child’s advancement. Please sign the card and return it to the head of the department within one week.

  • Three warnings will result in a suspension.
